summer social recap
I can't believe the summer social I hosted has come and gone in a blink of an eye. I had started preparing for it 3 months in advance and now it's over.
That day I woke up at the crack of dawn to start decorating. It was a fun experience. I actually enjoyed it. I can honestly say that I was able to execute my vision. Exactly what I had envisioned, is exactly how it looked. I was quite satisfied with my work. Once I was done decorating, I decided to take some pictures and videos before my guests arrived.
Once my girl friends arrived, each one was blown away with how I had decorated. They didn't know I was the decorating type I guess. Either way, it made me feel happy. I'm glad they liked it. But more so, I'm glad they had fun.
We had dinner, and dessert. We also had two games and prizes that one of my close friends took. That's right! She took both prizes. Won both games.
Before the night was over, I asked them if they would be interested in another social perhaps at the end of summer. They were all for it. They all said they would come and even made suggestions.
Now I have to plan the next one.
